【摘要】 大学生创新创业训练计划项目（简称“大创项目”）是提升大学生创新创业能力、实现高质量人才培养目标的重要依托。但随着“大创项目”数量越来越多，其实施质量参差不齐。该文在问卷调查的基础上，通过因子分析和相关性分析，识别出影响“大创项目”实施质量的4个因素，即项目投入、自身动力、项目管理、培训经历，为持续提高项目实施质量，应加强过程管理、激发内外部动力、构建配套培训体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program(referred to as the“da chuang project”)is an important support for enhancing college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and achieving high-quality talent cultivation goals. However, as the number of innovation projects increases, the quality of implementation varies. Based on a questionnaire survey, this article identifies four factors that affect the implementation quality of large innovation projects through factor analysis and correlation analysis, namely project investment, self-motivation, project management, and training experience.In doer to continuously improve project quality, it is necessary to strengthen process management, stimulate internal and external motivation, and establish a supporting training system.更多还原
