【摘要】 “双一流”建设不仅为部属高校研究生创新能力的培养提出了要求，也给地方高校研究生培养带来了压力。该文根据创新能力培养内涵，分析了地方高校目前存在的培养目标不明确、培养过程同质化、导师责任心不强等问题，探索了研究生培养目标顶层设计，构建了协同育人新模式，完善了创新培养过程管控机制，形成了多元化研究生培养质量评价体系等，并通过实践取得了较好的创新成果，为“双一流”建设背景下地方高校研究生创新能力培养提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of“Double First-Class”has not only put forward requirements for the cultivation of graduate students’ innovation abilities in central universities, but also brought pressure on local universities in this regard. Based on the connotation of innovation ability cultivation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in local universities, such as unclear training objectives, homogenized training processes, and weak responsibility of supervisors. It explores the top-level design of graduate student training objectives, builds a new collaborative education model, improves the control mechanisms of the innovation training process, establishes a diversified quality evaluation system for graduate students, and proposes corresponding strategies. Through practice, this paper has achieved good results in innovation. It provides reference for the cultivation of graduate students’ innovation abilities in local universities under the background of“Double First-Class”construction.更多还原
