【Abstract】 The construction of New Liberal Arts aims to break down the barriers of traditional liberal arts education, emphasizing a closer alignment between educational content and the development of the times.Among its many components, foreign language teaching plays a crucial role. Increasingly, the integration of virtual simulation technology into foreign language teaching has emerged as an effective method to promote the advancement of New Liberal Arts. This paper proceeds from practical considerations. Initially, it analyzes the challenges encountered in the application of virtual simulation technology to foreign language experimental teaching. Subsequently, it designs a virtual simulation platform equipped with a personalized and diversified evaluation engine. This platform serves to investigate innovative foreign language teaching models, thereby enhancing students’ personalized learning abilities. Furthermore, it constructs the development of high-quality foreign language virtual simulation experimental course resources and enhances their sharing capabilities.
