【摘要】 目的：系统检索、筛选、评价及归纳成人肝移植受者围手术期营养管理的相关证据，汇总证据集合，为基于循证的方案构建提供依据。方法：计算机检索决策支持系统、国内外数据库、相关指南网站、营养相关专业协作网站中所有营养管理相关证据，检索文献类型包含指南、临床决策、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价和最佳实践等。检索时限为建库至2023年4月30日。结果：共纳入18篇文献，其中指南7篇，专家共识4篇，系统评价4篇，证据总结1篇，规范1篇，随机对照试验1篇。总结了包含营养筛查与评估、营养咨询、肌肉质量评估、多学科团队建立、营养管理原则、术前营养管理、术后营养管理和出院健康教育及随访管理8个方面的45条证据。结论：该研究总结了成人肝移植围手术期营养管理的证据，汇总的证据具有全面性、科学性和可行性，临床医护人员在应用时应充分考虑实际情况选择合适的证据，改善受者生存质量，同时为构建成人肝移植围手术期营养管理方案提供了循证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To systematically search, screen, evaluate, and summarize relevant evidence on perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplant recipients, aggregate collection of evidence and inform evidence-based programme construction. Methods: We searched all related evidences from computerized searchable decision support systems, national and international databases, relevant guideline websites and nutrition related professional collaboration websites. The literature types include clinical guidelines, clinical decision-making, evidence summary, expert consensus, systematic review and meta-analysis. The search time limit is from inception to 30th April, 2023. Results: A total of 18 articles were included, including seven clinical guidelines, four expert consensuses, four systematic reviews, one summary of evidence, one clinical specification, and one randomized controlled trial. Fourty five pieces of evidence were summarized from 8 aspects, including nutritional screen and evaluation, nutritional counseling, muscle quality assessment, multidisciplinary team building, principles of nutritional support, preoperative nutritional management, postoperative nutritional management, health education and follow up after discharge. Conclusion: This study summarizes the best evidence for perioperative nutrition management in adult liver transplantation. The summarized evidences are comprehensive, scientific, and feasible. Medical staff should fully consider the actual situation and choose the appropriate evidence to improve the quality of life of recipients.
