基于齿靴型槽楔不等宽组合的PMSLM齿槽力抑制

【摘要】 针对永磁同步直线电机(PMSLM)初级铁心开槽引起的齿槽力和推力波动大的问题,以两单元电机组合的6槽8极PMSLM为研究对象,提出一种齿靴型槽楔(TBSW)结构。通过TBSW不等宽组合,使得各单元电机齿槽力反相位抵消,达到削弱PMSLM总体齿槽力的目的。利用有限元法,分析不等宽TBSW各结构参数变化对电机齿槽力和推力特性的影响,对不等宽TBSW结构参数进行优化;对比分析原电机、采用等宽TBSW和不等宽TBSW电机的各项电磁特性,结果表明,采用不等宽TBSW后,电机齿槽力降低96.88%,平均推力增加3.83%,推力波动减小83.57%,电机性能得到显著提高。最后根据组合式PMSLM单元电机奇偶数量的不同,提出相应的不等宽TBSW齿槽力抑制方案,并验证了所提方案的有效性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of large cogging force and thrust ripple caused by primary iron yoke slotting in the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM), a 6-slot 8-pole PMSLM with two-unit motor combination is taken as the research object, and a tooth-boot-shaped slot wedge(TBSW) structure is proposed.Through the unequal-width combination of TBSW, the unit motors cogging force are offset with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of weakening the overall PMSLM cogging force.The finite element method is used to analyze the influence of the unequal-width TBSW structural parameter changes on the motor cogging force and thrust characteristics, and the unequal-width TBSW structural parameters are optimized; The electromagnetic characteristics of the original motor, the motor with equal-width TBSW, and the motor with unequal-width TBSW are compared and analyzed.The results showed that: after using the unequal-width TBSW, the motor cogging force is reduced by 96.88%, and the average thrust is increased by 3.83%, and the thrust ripple is decreased by 83.57%, the motor performance is significantly improved.Finally, according to the different parity numbers of the combined PMSLM unit motor, the corresponding unequal-width TBSW cogging force suppression scheme is proposed, and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified.
