8个品种硫华菊表型多样性研究

【摘要】 本试验以8个品种硫华菊的物候期、生长动态及23个表型性状为指标,进行物种变异和遗传多样性的分析,并对其进行聚类分析,以探究其遗传亲缘关系。结果表明:硫华菊不同品种的物候期存在明显差异;各品种生长过程遵循‘S’曲线;通过对其22个数量性状进行表型性状的变异分析可知,硫华菊各品种表型差异主要表现在花色、株高、冠幅、着花量、每果实结籽数、主茎直径等性状;聚类分析将硫华菊分为3个大类:‘里玛拉’‘优雅’为1类,此类株高、冠幅相对较小,花梗短且花色接近;‘波利多尔’‘GC56’为1类,这类植物株高相对较高,冠幅较大,且花梗偏长;其余4个品种为1类。总之,研究表明硫华菊各品种具有广泛的变异和丰富的遗传多样性。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the genetic relationship of 8 Cosmos sulphureus varieties were explored on their species variation, genetic diversity and cluster analysis with the phenological period, growth dynamics and 23 phenotypic characters. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the phenological period of different varieties of Cosmos sulphureus. The growth process of each variety followed the "S" curve. The phenotypic variation analysis on 22 quantitative traits showed differences of Cosmos sulphureus on flower color,plant height, crown diameter, flowering amount, number of seeds per fruit, main stem diameter, etc. Cluster analysis classified the 8 Cosmos sulphureus varieties into three categories. ‘Limara Lemon’ was in the same category as ‘Elegant’. They displayed short plant height, crown width and pedicels with similar color in flower.‘Polidor’ and ‘GC56’ were in the same category showing relatively high plant height, large crown size, and long pedicels. The rest four varieties of Cosmos sulphureus were in the same category. In short, the results show that the varieties of Cosmos sulphureus had extensive variation and abundant genetic diversity.
