【摘要】 定向培养军士作为军队人才培养体系中的重要一环，其发展对于提升军士职业化水平、满足部队专业技术人才需求具有十分重要的意义。湖南省作为全国定向培养军士试点的先行省份，在高职院校开展定向军士培养过程中，积累了丰富的实践经验，同时也面临着不少问题与挑战。深入分析湖南省高职院校定向军士培养的现状和存在的问题，提出组建院校培养联盟、改革培养模式、健全军地协同育人机制等策略，以期为全国定向军士培养提供可复制、可推广的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of the military talent training system,the development of targeted sergeant training is of great significance to improve the level of sergeant professionalism and meet the needs of the technological professional of the army.Hunan Province,as the pilot province of national orientation sergeant training,has accumulated rich practical experience in the process of carrying out orientation sergeant training in higher vocational colleges,but also faces many problems and challenges.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of directional sergeant training in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,and puts forward some strategies,such as establishing college training alliance,reforming training mode,and perfecting military-local cooperative education mechanism,in order to provide replicable and popularizing experience for national directional sergeant training.更多还原
