城市人视角下北京铁路枢纽空间可步行性的比较研究

【摘要】 老城中铁路枢纽站区步行空间一体化改进是存量更新的趋势,也是重要挑战。提升重要交通节点的可步行性,能够在微观层面改善城市人的出行感受,提升城市空间运转效率,激发城市活力,实现健康和绿色出行双重目标。文章以北京四大铁路枢纽为对象,利用可步行性指标评价法,对比研究国外4座典型车站,从城市人的步行视角探讨中外特大城市铁路枢纽空间模式对步行行为的支持程度,从感官尺度、换乘尺度、通勤尺度进行比较分析。结果表明:在通勤尺度上,铁路枢纽周边用地混合程度越高,步行机会要素越多、步行意愿越强;在换乘尺度上,开发强度高的铁路枢纽的换乘方式衔接更紧凑,周转效率高,可步行性强;在感官尺度上,提高火车站广场绿化视觉效果和休憩设施舒适度可以提升城市人可步行性的主观评价。最后,文章分别在成为复合功能核心、实现高效转换衔接和改善步行感受等方面,提出了适用于建立铁路枢纽空间步行友好模式的更新优化策略。

【Abstract】 Improving pedestrian access in the old city’s railway hub area is a key aspect of stock renewal and an important challenge. Enhancing the walkability of major transport nodes can enhance the urban travel experience, increase operational efficiency, stimulate the city’s vitality, and achieve the dual objectives of promoting healthy and eco-friendly travel. This study focuses on Beijing’s four major railway hubs and uses the walkability index to compare four typical renewal stations abroad. The spatial model of railway hubs in Chinese and oversea megacities is analyzed from the perspective of supporting pedestrian walking. A comparative analysis is conducted on sensory, transfer, and commuting scales. Technical terms are explained upon first use, and the language is objective and free from bias or figurative language. Common academic sections and formatting are included, and the text is grammatically correct with precise word choices. The study’s findings indicate that, in relation to commuting scale, a greater degree of land mixing surrounding railway hubs corresponds to an increase in available opportunities for walking and a stronger intention to walk. Regarding transfer scale, railway junctions with high development intensity demonstrate a more efficient, compact mode of transport with the added benefit of strong walkability. Improving the visual appeal of railway station square greening and the comfort of leisure facilities can positively impact the perception of urban walkability on a sensory scale. Ultimately, to become a composite function core, promoting efficient conversion and connectivity while enhancing the pedestrian experience, this paper proposes an updated optimization strategy for building pedestrian-friendly railway hub spaces.
