【摘要】 回顾十年，京津冀协同发展以“疏解北京非首都功能”为基本出发点，着力调整优化区域职能结构和空间结构，在交通、生态、产业、公共服务等重点领域持续突破，进入全方位高质量深入推进的关键阶段。展望未来，中国式现代化对京津冀协同发展提出了新的历史使命，在逆全球化、人口转型和气候变化等内外部环境剧烈变化的背景下，区域经济布局和国土空间支撑体系仍有待进一步优化。对此，京津冀下一步的发展需要紧紧围绕“中国式现代化先行区、示范区”的总体定位，聚焦高质量发展、可持续发展、共同富裕的主线，从能级再提升、空间再提质、领域再突破、机制再创新4个方向持续推进工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the past ten years, the coordinated development of Beijing-TianjinHebei has taken the “relieving of functions from the capital for Beijing” as the basic starting point with the focus on adjusting and optimizing regional functional and spatial structures. And it’s seen the continuously breaking through in key areas. such as transportation, ecology, industry, and public services, entering a key stage featured as comprehensive and in-depth promotion with highquality. Looking forward to the future, Chinese path to modernization has put forward a new historical mission for the coordinated development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei. Against the background of severe changes in internal and external environments, such as counter globalization, population transformation and climate change, the regional economic layout and the support system of territorial space still need to be further optimized. In this regard, the future development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei needs to closely focus on the overall positioning of “a pilot and demonstration zone for Chinese path to modernization”, focus on the main line of highquality development, sustainable development and common prosperity, and continue to promote work from the four directions: further upgrading of the energy level, further improving of the space, further breakthrough of the field and further innovation of the mechanism.更多还原
