【摘要】 建设现代化首都都市圈是深入推动首都发展、构建新型京畿格局、促进京津冀协同的战略举措。首先回顾了京畿关系的历史演变过程，分析总结了辽金以来、近代时期、新中国成立后、改革开放后等各个历史时期北京及周边地区发展特征，梳理了内在机制；随后从区域功能、城镇规模、空间结构等几个方面分析了新时期改善京畿关系的几个重点；最后围绕功能、圈层、廊道、节点、网络等结构性要素，提出构建新型京畿格局的空间策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building a modern Capital metropolitan area is a strategic measure to deepen the development of the capital, construct a new pattern of the Capital and surrounding areas, and promote coordination among the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This article first reviews the historical evolution of Beijing and surrounding areas relationship, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Beijing and surrounding areas in various historical periods since the Liao and Jin dynasties, 1860-1949, 1950-1977, after 1978, and sorts out the internal mechanisms; Subsequently, several key points for improving the relationship between the capital and the region in the new era were analyzed from the perspectives of regional functions, urban scale, and spatial structure; Finally, a spatial planning strategy for constructing a new Capital and surrounding areas pattern is proposed based on structural elements such as functions, circles, corridors, nodes, and networks.更多还原
