基于“形流耦合”视角的城市空间方案评价与调控策略——以青岛为例

【摘要】 构建科学的评价方法和诊断问题区域是实现空间治理和国土空间高质量发展的重要保障。基于“形流”理论,聚焦于人的活动,构建“要素耦合分析—问题时空诊断—因果关系解析—策略有效调控”的方法体系,通过“人流活动—用地布局”和“人流交互网络结构—功能要素集聚的等级结构”耦合协调模型,量化形态要素与流动要素的耦合关系,识别并诊断不耦合现象,并以青岛为例进行实证分析。研究结果显示,青岛市中心城区与外围地区在耦合协调度上存在显著差异。中心城区大部分地区表现出高耦合协调度,而低耦合区域主要分布在中心城区边缘、外围新区、城乡结合部及区县交界地带,并呈现集聚状态;老城区部分区域因功能外迁及功能过于单一,形成点状低耦合区域。分析发现,POI功能复合度、地均GDP、平均房价、建筑密度、道路密度、轨道交通站点覆盖率、公交站点覆盖率、坡度、海岸线吸引力和用地平衡度是影响人口流动的关键要素,并提出耦合协调度引导的布局优化策略。

【Abstract】 Developing a scientific evaluation method and diagnosing problematic areas are crucial for effective spatial governance and ensuring high-quality territorial spatial development. This study, based on the "Shape-Flow" theory, focuses on human activities and formulates a methodological framework comprising "element coupling analysis-spatiotemporal problem diagnosis-causal relationship analysis-effective strategy adjustment." By employing coupling coordination models between "human flow activities-land use layout" and "human flow interaction network structure-hierarchical structure of functional element aggregation," the study quantifies the coupling relationship between morphological and dynamic elements, thereby identifying and diagnosing decoupling phenomena. The results indicate significant differences in coupling coordination degrees between Qingdao’s central urban area and its peripheral regions. Most central urban areas exhibit high coupling coordination, while low coupling areas are predominantly found on the outskirts of the central urban area, peripheral new districts, urban-rural fringe areas, and county boundaries, forming a clustered pattern. Additionally, certain old urban areas, due to functional relocation and limited diversity, form sporadic low coupling regions. The analysis identifies key factors influencing population flow, including POI functional diversity, GDP per capita, average housing price, building density, road density, rail transit station coverage, bus stop coverage, slope, coastal attraction, and land use balance. The study proposes layout optimization strategies guided by the coupling coordination degree.
