【摘要】 社区自组织在基层社会治理中发挥越来越重要的作用，然而现有的社区治理过于依赖政府管制，需要自组织主体间的社会网络和信任水平发挥作用，自组织的主体结构对社区自治的影响需要进一步研究。利用不同主体结构的社区自组织治理案例来论证研究问题。研究发现，主体结构在不同阶段和范围对自组织治理产生不同影响。多元主体结构在社区发展初期因信誉和信任水平不足难以形成自组织治理，单一主体结构在一定范围内更容易形成社会网络、信任水平和信誉机制。在社区发展后期，单一和多元主体结构的社区都面临组织成员增加和组织规模扩大的组织协调难度；需要政府放权、引导和赋权，发挥社区能人的组织能力，完善多元主体监督和集体协商机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community self-organization plays an increasingly important role in social governance. However, community governance relies on government regulation, which requires the social network and trust level between self-organizing agents. The impact of self-organizing agent structure on community autonomy needs further research. This paper uses case studies of community self-organization governance with different self-organizing agent structures to demonstrate the research problem. The research has found that the agent structure has different impacts on self-organizing governance at different stages and scopes. In the early stages of community development, a multi agent structure is difficult to form self-organizing governance due to insufficient credibility and trust level. A single agent structure is more likely to form social networks, trust levels, and reputation mechanisms within a certain scope. In the later stage of community development, communities with single and multiple agent structures face difficulties in coordination due to the increase of organizational members and the expansion of organizational scale. It is necessary for the government to decentralize, guide and empower, leverage the organizational capabilities of community capable individuals, and improve the mechanisms for multi-agent supervision and collective bargaining.更多还原
