【摘要】 公益诉讼案件频发影响社会经济的健康发展，而媒介在公益诉讼中起着举足轻重的作用，探讨媒介如何促成公益诉讼具有重要价值。本研究以国内2015―2023年32例典型公益诉讼事件为研究对象，运用定性比较研究分析（QCA）方法进行“媒介技术逻辑”、“媒介内容逻辑”和“媒介体制逻辑”的模型建构，以“媒介逻辑”作为核心框架，系统考察了不同类型的媒介逻辑如何共同作用于公益诉讼这一特定的社会领域，探寻公益诉讼演变的内在机制与传播逻辑。研究发现，相比地方传统媒体，中央媒体发表明确支持性报道对公益诉讼结果发挥了更显著的作用，公益诉讼案件在传播过程中中央级主流媒体的影响力不容小觑；“权威媒体态度”是核心条件，即绝大多数情况下公益诉讼成功离不开该因子的作用；而“媒介机会”、“网络互动”以及“媒介体制属性”又是公益诉讼获得法院支持的三个关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public interest litigation cases significantly impact the healthy development of socioeconomic and economic systems,with the media playing a crucial role in these incidents.This study investigates the media’s contribution to public interest litigation by analyzing 32 notable cases from 2015 to 2023. Employing qualitative comparative research analysis(QCA),the study constructs models based on "media logic," "media content logic," and "media system logic," with "media logic" serving as the core framework. This approach systematically examines how different media logics influence the social dynamics of public interest litigation and explores the inherent mechanisms and communication processes involved in its evolution. The findings reveal that,compared to traditional media,central media outlets have played a more definitive role in supporting public interest litigation outcomes. The "authoritative media attitude" emerges as a core factor,indicating that the success of public interest litigation is often closely tied to the influence of authoritative media. Additionally,factors such as "media opportunities," "network interaction," and "media system attributes" are identified as key drivers of court support for public interest litigation.更多还原
