振幅对Inconel600合金线接触微动滑动磨损行为的影响

【摘要】 采用SRV-Ⅳ高精度微动-滑动磨损试验机研究了振幅对核反应堆蒸汽发生器传热管用Inconel600合金磨损行为的影响。结果表明,常温常压下无润滑线接触式微动滑动磨损存在一个临界振幅。当振幅小于临界值时,摩擦系数随振幅的增大而线性增大,但磨痕深度变化相对很小;达到临界振幅时摩擦系数最大;振幅大于临界值时,随着振幅增大摩擦系数略有降低,但磨痕深度显著增大。振幅在临界值以下时,磨痕表面的氧化程度较低,磨痕中铁元素分布明显高于磨痕中间区域;振幅大于临界值时,磨痕表面氧含量较高。从磨痕表面向内分别为氧化层、变形层和基体。变形层晶粒呈扁平状,越靠近表面变形程度越大,严重变形的晶粒内部有明显的滑移带。

【Abstract】 The effect of displacement amplitude on the fretting-sliding wear behavior of Inconel600 alloy used for heat transfer tubes of nuclear reactor steam generator was studied by using SRV-Ⅳ high-precision fretting wear tester. The results show that there is a critical amplitude value for the fretting wear of non-lubricated line contact at room temperature and pressure. When the amplitude is less than the critical value, the friction coefficient increases linearly with the increase of amplitude, but the change of wear depth is relatively small. At critical amplitude, the friction coefficient reaches the maximum. When the amplitude is greater than the critical value, the friction coefficient decreases slightly with the increase of amplitude, but the depth of wear increases significantly. When the amplitude is less than the critical value, the iron element distribution in the wear surface is significantly higher than that in the middle area of the wear mark. When the amplitude is greater than the critical value, the oxygen content on the surface of the wear mark is higher. From the wear surface to the inside, there are oxide layer, deformation layer and substrate. The grains in the deformation layer are flat, and the closer to the surface, the greater the degree of deformation. There are obvious slip bands in the seriously deformed grains.
