【摘要】 农业现代化是农业保险发展的必要前提，农业保险是农业现代化的重要保障，二者协调发展有利于加快农业强国建设。在辨析农业现代化与农业保险耦合协调机理基础上，构建综合评价指标体系，采用熵值法、耦合协调模型和面板Tobit模型，对2008～2020年长江经济带农业现代化与农业保险耦合协调发展水平及其影响因素进行测度分析。研究表明：(1)2008～2020年长江经济带农业现代化和农业保险发展水平呈现波动式增长态势且存在较大的空间差异性，上海、湖南和四川等地两大系统发展水平高于长江经济带平均水平，贵州和重庆两大系统发展水平相对落后；(2)长江经济带农业现代化与农业保险耦合协调发展水平由濒临失调向勉强协调发展，呈现农业现代化发展优于农业保险发展特征，推动农业保险高质量发展成为长江经济带两大系统协调发展的重点方向；(3)长江经济带农业现代化与农业保险耦合协调发展水平受到政府财政支持水平、技术创新水平和互联网发展水平影响。基于此，政府应促进传统农业转型升级，明晰农业保险功能，完善良性互动机制，推动农业现代化与农业保险优质协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural modernization(AM) is a necessary precondition for the development of agricultural insurance(AI).AI is an important guarantee for AM.The coordinated development of the two is conducive to accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country.On the basis of identifying the mechanism of coupling coordination between AM and AI, a comprehensive evaluation system was constructed.The entropy value method, coupling and coordination model and panel Tobit model were used to measure and analyze the level of coupling coordinated development between AM and AI in the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB) from 2008 to 2020.This study showed that:(1) From 2008 to 2020, the development level of AM and AI in the YREB showed a fluctuating growth trend and had a large spatial difference.The development level of Shanghai, Hunan and Sichuan was higher than the average level of YREB, while the development level of Guizhou and Chongqing was relatively backward.(2) The coupling and coordinated development level of AM and AI in the YREB changed from on the verge of dislocation to barely coordinated development, showing that AM development was superior to AI development, implying that the high-quality development of AI might become the key direction for the future coordinated development of the two systems in the YREB.(3) The degree of coupling and coordination between AM and AI in the YREB was influenced by the government financial support, technological innovation and Internet development.Based on this, the government should promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture, clarify the functions of agricultural insurance, improve the benign interaction mechanism, and promote the coordinated development of AM and AI quality.更多还原
