【摘要】 推动高质量发展必然需要用新的生产力理论来指导,创造性提出发展新质生产力这一重大论断,是习近平经济思想的最新成果。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学基本原理,借鉴佩蕾丝“技术—经济范式”的研究思路,对资本循环理论进行拓展,形成一个解构生产力的框架,并总结得出新质生产力形成的基本条件。在此基础上,通过对历次工业革命时期“新质”生产力和“新型”生产关系互动演进逻辑的梳理,结合当前进一步全面深化改革的现实背景,提出以高水平社会主义市场经济体制、支持全面创新体制机制、现代化产业体系、中国特色现代金融体系、高水平对外开放体制机制五个方面为着力点,塑造适应新质生产力发展的新型生产关系,为中国式现代化建设注入新动能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting high-quality development inevitably requires the guidance of new productive forces theories.Creatively proposing the major proposition of developing new quality productive forces is the latest achievement of Xi ’ s economic thoughts.This article is based on the basic principles of Marxist political economics,and draws on Perez’ s "Techno-Economic Paradigms" to expand the theory of capital circulation,then forms a framework for deconstructing productive forces and summarizes basic conditions of new quality productive forces.On this basis,by sorting out interactions of "new" productive forces and "new" production relations during industrial revolutions,and in combination with the background of comprehensively deepening reforms,this article proposes to focus on economic system,scientific and technological system,modern industrial system,modern financial system with Chinese characteristics,and high-level open economic system,so as to shape new production relations that adapts to the development of new quality productive forces and inject momentums into Chinese modernization.更多还原
