基于Python的RINEX数据转换软件设计与实现

【摘要】 与接收机无关的数据交换格式RINEX是一种在全球导航卫星系统GNSS测量领域中普遍采用的标准数据格式,但其升级速度超过数据处理软件的更新频率,导致高版本RINEX数据不能被大部分数据处理软件兼容。为提高数据的通用性,基于各版本RINEX标准数据格式的特点,文中采用Python语言设计开发了一款RINEX数据转换软件,实现观测数据、导航电文和气象数据在不同RINEX版本间的转换操作,满足用户的GNSS数据转换需求。软件测试结果表明,转换后文件的观测值编码类型符合目标版本RINEX规范要求,且转换前后编码对应的数据完整性和数据质量一致;此外,研制的软件编码转换结果与同类型软件保持一致。

【Abstract】 Receiver Independent Exchange Format(RINEX) is a standard data format widely used in the field of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) measurements, but its upgrade rate exceeds the update frequency of data processing software, resulting in higher versions of RINEX data not being compatible with most data processing software. In order to improve the data generality, this paper uses Python language to design and develop a RINEX data conversion software based on the characteristics of each version of RINEX standard data format, which enables the conversion of observation data, navigation ephemeris and meteorological data between different RINEX versions to meet users’ GNSS data conversion needs. The software testing results show that the encoding type of observations in the converted file meets the requirements of the target version RINEX specification, and the data integrity and quality corresponding to the encoding before and after conversion are consistent. In addition, the coding conversion results of the software developed in this article are consistent with those of the same type of software.
