纳米晶合金棒状电感制备及宽频恒电感特性分析

【摘要】 为了研制高性能的微型棒状电感,采用铁(Fe)基非晶薄带经固化、线切割、分段退火等工艺制备了纳米晶合金棒状磁芯,并以此为基础制备成纳米晶合金棒状电感。利用IM3570型电感测量仪对所制备的棒状电感进行了性能测试分析,修正了有芯棒状电感的电感量计算模型。结果表明:在0.112~3 MHz频率范围内,制备的纳米晶棒状微电感的电感量为7.72~9.93μH,品质因子值为3.33~5.14;在300 kHz频率时,能够有效分辨电路板孔内壁涂层。

【Abstract】 In order to research and fabricate miniature rod inductors with high performance nanocrystalline alloy rod magnetic core is prepared by curing, wire cutting, sectional annealing and other techniques of Fe-based amorphous ribbon, and the nanocrystalline alloy rod inductor is prepared on this basis.The performance of the rod inductance is measured and analyzed by the IM3570 inductance measuring instrument, and the inductance calculation model with magnetic core rod inductor is modified.The results show that the inductance and its quality factor of the prepared nanocrystalline alloy rod micro-inductor are range of 7.72~9.93 μH and 3.33~5.14 respectively in the frequency range of 0.112~3 MHz, by which the inner wall coating in circuit board hole can be distinguished effectively at 300 kHz.
