大量程柔性磁致伸缩位移传感器的输出特性
Output characteristics of wide-range and flexible magnetostrictive displacement sensor
【摘要】 利用磁机耦合方程建立大量程柔性磁致伸缩位移传感器输出电压模型,理论计算输出电压。搭建实验平台,测试波导丝在偏置磁场和激励电流为5~35 kA/m和0.5~3.5 A范围内的输出电压,对比理论值与测量值,确定使波导丝输出电压最优的激励电流和偏置磁场,并对比Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5不同伸长状态下的输出特性。实验结果表明:最优偏置磁场和激励电流为:(Fe83Ga17)99.4B0.6为15 kA/m和1.5 A;Fe82Ga13.5Al4.5为20 kA/m和1.5 A;Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5为10 kA/m和2 A。Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5波导丝信号衰减程度小,不同伸长状态下的输出电压具有一致性。本文的研究可为设计与开发大量程柔性磁致伸缩位移传感器提供理论依据与指导。
【Abstract】 The output voltage model for wide-range flexible magnetostrictive displacement sensor is established by using the magneto-mechanical coupling equation.The output voltage is theoretically calculated.The experimental platform is built.Output voltage are tested when the bias magnetic field and excitation current are in the range of 5~35 kA/m and 0.5~3.5 A,respectively.The theoretical value is compared with the measured value.The excitation current and bias magnetic field which make the output voltage of waveguide wire optimal are determined and compared the Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5 output characteristics under different state of elongation.The experimental results show that the optimal bias magnetic field and excitation current are(Fe83Ga17)99.4B0.6 at 15 kA/m and 1.5 A;Fe82Ga13.5Al4.5 at 20 kA/m and 1.5 A;Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5 at 10 kA/m and 2 A,respectively.That Fe46.5Ni48.5Cr2Ti2.5Al0.5 waveguide wire signal attenuation degree is low, and the output voltage is consistent in different elongation states.The research can provide theoretical basis and guidance for design and develepment of wide-range flexible magnetostrictive displacement sensors.
