【Abstract】 Combined with the implementation of the new-round provincial and ministerial cooperation pilot work of undergraduate education and teaching audit evaluation in Changchun Institute of Technology, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the evaluation and construction from the aspects of the connotation of the evaluation index system, the establishment of the school’s school-running positioning and development goals, the construction of the “three-in-one education” mechanism, the development of self-evaluation and self-construction, the promotion of undergraduate education and teaching reform, and the exploration and enrichment of school-running characteristics.
