【摘要】 特殊教育人才培养是促进特殊教育事业发展的关键要素，目前，高校特殊教育人才培养仍存在理念不能与时俱进、培养目标定位不准确、人才培养模式创新不足、人才培养评价机制不完善等问题。文章基于OBE理念，对特殊教育人才培养以学习成果为导向，以反向设计、正面施工的人才培养机制为依据，探究出通过制定明确的特殊教育人才培养目标、创新适应时代发展的特殊教育人才培养模式，强化特殊教育人才培养成效、完善特殊教育人才培养评价机制等高校特殊教育专业人才培养新路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of special education talents is a key element in promoting the development of special education cause. Currently, problems still exist in the cultivation of special education talents in universities, such as the outdated concepts, inaccurate positioning of training objectives, insufficient innovation in talent cultivation models and imperfect evaluation mechanisms for talent cultivation. Based on OBE concept, this paper, by regarding learning effects as the guidance and by taking reverse design and positive construction as the basis, explores the new paths for cultivating special education professionals in universities through setting clear goals for special education talent cultivation, innovating special education talent cultivation models that adapt to the development of the times, strengthening the effectiveness of special education talent cultivation and improve the evaluation mechanism for special education talent cultivation.更多还原
