【Abstract】 Adhering to the educational concept of “morality cultivation” and based on the current training model of new engineering applied talents, the ability training oriented to the post of secondary vocational teachers is studied and the new model of secondary vocational teachers training for engineering specialty is explored. Based on the investigation of new engineering students’ post cognition of teachers of science and technology, the integration of the characteristics of normal education in secondary vocational schools is discussed, so that the education of teaching skills, teachers’ morality, and professional ethics can be promoted, cultivating highly qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools.更多还原
