莲杆纤维多孔碳的制备及其CO2吸附性能
Preparation of Porous Carbon of Lotus Stem Fibers and Its CO2 Adsorption Properties
【摘要】 由于大气中CO2浓度不断上升,迫切需要高效的CO2吸附剂。以废弃生物质莲杆纤维为原料,通过两步碳化法制备了具有发达孔隙结构的氮掺杂多孔碳样品。合成过程包括莲杆纤维碳化、KOH活化衍生莲杆纤维多孔碳及使用壳聚糖进行改性。通过壳聚糖改性,提高多孔碳表面碱度和氮元素掺杂,增加对CO2的吸附性能。结果表明,掺氮多孔碳比表面积达到1550 m2/g,在20℃和0℃、1bar条件下,吸附量分别高达4.59 mmol/g和6.31 mmol/g,表现出优异的CO2吸附性能,且循环性能优异,该法制备的多孔碳在CO2吸附方面具有广阔前景。
【Abstract】 Efficient CO2 adsorbents are urgently needed due to the increasing concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere.Waste biomass lotus stem fibers were taken as raw materials,nitrogen-doped porous carbon samples with well-developed pore structures were prepared by a two-step carbonization method.The synthesis process included the carbonization of lotus stem fibers,KOH activation of derived lotus stem fibers porous carbon and modification with chitosan.Chitosan modification was used to improve the surface alkalinity and introduction of N to the porous carbon,and increase the CO2 adsorption properties.The results showed that when the nitrogen-doped porous carbon reached a specific surface area of 1550 m2/g,the adsorption amounts were as high as 4.59 and 6.31 mmol/g at 20℃ and 0℃ and 1 bar respectively,exhibiting excellent CO2 adsorption properties and cycling properties.And the porous carbon prepared by this method had a promising future in CO2 adsorption.
