【Abstract】 The regulations concerning Party leadership are an important part of the Party regulations. Over the century-long journey of the Party, the regulations have gone through four stages: establishment and foundation, exploration and setbacks, reshaping and development, and maturity and perfection, thus initially forming the regulations on Party leadership. Since the new era, the regulations concerning Party leadership has shown such notable features as the political nature of the norms, the specificity of formal origins, and the wide range of normative objects, etc., and have accumulated experiences including adhering to the correct direction of exercising overall leadership and coordinating the efforts of all sides, and carrying out the values of democracy, centralization, and people-centeredness, thus laying the foundation for the further improvement of the regulations on Party leadership in the future.更多还原
