我国深海装备技术发展研究

【摘要】 深海装备是深海安全保障、深海资源开发、深海科学研究的“脊梁骨”,成为全球海洋装备竞争焦点。着眼我国深海装备与技术未来发展布局,梳理主要海洋国家深海装备相关发展战略规划,分析当前深海装备研究热点,围绕深海探测作业通用装备、深海资源开发装备、深海安全保障装备、深海科学研究装备等4个领域总结世界深海装备发展现状以及我国存在的问题,研究分析包括推动深海探测作业通用装备谱系化研发、加快深海资源开发装备研制、加强深海安全保障装备研发、夯实深海科学研究装备研发应用等4个方面11项重点任务方向,并提出顶层设计、资金投入、协同发展、人才培养、技术合作等方面的对策建议,以期为我国深海装备发展布局提供参考。

【Abstract】 Deep-sea equipment is the backbone of deep-sea safety assurance, deep-sea resource development,and deep-sea scientific research, which has become the focus of global competition in the field of marine equipment. In view of the future development layout of China’s deep-sea equipment and technology, the paper sorts out the strategic plans related to the development of deepsea equipment in major marine countries. The current research hotspots of deep-sea equipment is analyzed. Around the four major fields of deep-sea exploration and operation equipment, deep-sea resource development equipment, deep-sea safety assurance equipment, and deep-sea scientific research equipment, the current development status and major problems in China are summarized. Then the key task directions have been proposed, including promoting the development of deep-sea exploration and operation equipment, accelerating the localization of deep-sea resource development equipment, strengthening the research and development of deep-sea safety assurance equipment, and consolidating the research and application of deep-sea scientific research equipment. At last, relevant measures and suggestions are put forward, including top-level planning, financial investment, industry coordination,personnel training, technical cooperation, and other aspects. The paper can provide reference for the development layout of China’s deep-sea equipment.
