肿瘤治疗相关的心脏毒性研究进展
Advances in cardiotoxicity related to antitumor therapy
【摘要】 近年来,由于抗肿瘤药物治疗的不断发展,癌症患者的生存率显著提高。然而,抗肿瘤治疗在延长患者生存期的同时也会产生心脏毒性,不断影响患者的生活质量和预后,甚至危及生命。不同的抗肿瘤药物和放射治疗都有可能产生心脏损伤,包括新兴的靶向治疗和免疫治疗,这些药物可以通过氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、心肌细胞的直接损伤等不同机制,导致心功能障碍、心律失常、冠状动脉疾病、心肌炎等多种心脏不良事件。本文对不同抗肿瘤治疗产生的心脏毒性及机制进行综述。
【Abstract】 In recent years, due to the continuous development of anti-tumor drug therapy, the survival rate of cancer patients has improved significantly. However, while prolonging the survival period of patients, anti-tumor therapy can also produce cardiac toxicity, which continuously affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients, and even endangers their lives. Different anti-tumor drugs and radiotherapy are likely to cause cardiac injury, including emerging targeted therapy and immunotherapy. These drugs can lead to cardiac dysfunction, arrhythmia, coronary artery disease, myocarditis and other cardiac adverse events through different mechanisms of oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and direct damage to cardiom.
