【摘要】 本文中作者提出了一种基于博弈论中帕累托最优法与以可靠性为中心的检修相结合的方法。首先,通过失效模式与影响分析,建立四种换流变压器故障类型与五种停机原因的关联关系,分析每种独特故障的可靠性因子、所需预算和收益;然后,利用成本效益因子w来衡量各维护策略的优先级;在此基础上,本文借助帕累托最优法则,考虑多种维护策略同时执行时检修效果之间的相互影响,对得到的一系列帕累托前沿策略进行筛选,从而能够在关键维护活动上合理分配维护预算;最后,本文通过算例分析验证了该方法在换流变压器维护中具有显著的经济性和可靠性优势。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a method combining the Pareto optimality in game theory with reliability-centered maintenance. First, through Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA), the relationship between four types of converter transformer faults and five causes of shutdowns is established, analyzing the reliability factors, required budget,and benefits for each specific fault. Then, a cost-benefit factor w is used to measure the priority of each maintenance strategy. Based on this, the Pareto optimal rule is employed to consider the mutual impact of various maintenance strategies executed simultaneously, and a series of Pareto frontier strategies are screened to rationally allocate maintenance budgets to key maintenance activities. Finally, the method’s economic and reliability advantages in converter transformer maintenance are verified through case analysis.
