【摘要】 本文作者介绍了天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的性能对比，对一台110kV电力变压器，分别注入天然酯绝缘油和I-10矿物绝缘油，经过工艺处理后，进行了产品的绝缘特性、温升、声级、振动、绕组变形等一系列试验，对两种绝缘油的试验数据进行了对比分析，指出天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油对变压器产生的性能差异，对天然酯绝缘油在变压器产品中的进一步推广应用具有很好的借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author introduces the performance comparison of natural ester insulating oil and mineral insulating oil. For a 110kV power transformer, natural ester insulating oil and I-10 mineral insulating oil are injected respectively. After processing, a series of tests of insulation characteristics, temperature rise, sound level, vibration and winding deformation of the product are carried out. The experimental data of two kinds of insulating oils are compared and analyzed, and the difference between natural ester insulating oils and mineral insulating oils is pointed out, which has a good reference value for further popularization and application of natural ester insulating oils in transformer products.更多还原
