配电变压器油箱不同结构的损耗分析
Loss Analysis of Distribution Transformer Tank with Different Structure
【摘要】 本文通过电磁场仿真技术,以一台630kVA配电变压器为例,对波纹油箱和平板油箱两种油箱结构中的漏磁场及杂散损耗进行了仿真计算。仿真和实测结果显示,采用波纹油箱结构和平板油箱结构,油箱中的杂散损耗对负载损耗有一定影响,波纹油箱中的损耗小于平板油箱中的损耗。
【Abstract】 Taking a 630kVA distribution transformer as an example, this paper simulated the leakage magnetic field and stray loss in two kinds of tank structures, corrugated tank and flat tank, through electromagnetic field simulation technology. The simulation and measured results show that the stray loss in the tank has a certain influence on the load loss, and the loss in the corrugated tank is less than that in the flat tank.
