胡凯文基于血并气虚理论治疗肝细胞肝癌经验

【摘要】 肝细胞肝癌是一种高死亡率及全球范围内高发病率的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁着人民的生命和健康,包括中医药在内的各种治疗手段均存在其特有的优势和局限性。胡凯文教授基于《黄帝内经》中的理论提出肝癌“血并气虚”的基本病机,治疗以活血为主、补气为辅,根据病程中瘀血的轻重程度选用不同的处方,根据湿邪与癌毒搏结导致的不同兼证,晚期时辨证肝肾阴虚或脾肾阳虚处方联合活血补气方药,取得了满意的临床效果。文章拟从分部位论治血并气虚的理论渊源、常用处方用药经验、验案举隅3个方面,将其治疗经验进行总结。

【Abstract】 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a kind of malignant tumor with high mortality and high incidence worldwide, which seriously threatens people’s life and health. All kinds of treatment methods, including traditional Chinese medicine, have their unique advantages and limitations. Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing, professor HU Kaiwen proposed the basic pathogenesis of HCC ‘blood sufficiency and qi deficiency’. Activating blood was the main and tonifying qi was the second in the treatment of HCC. Different prescriptions were selected according to the severity of blood stasis in the course of disease. According to the different syndromes caused by dampness and cancer toxicity, liver and kidney yin deficiency or spleen and kidney yang deficiency in later period, it was combined activating blood tonifying qi recipe, and the clinical results are effective. This article will summarize his clinical experience from three aspects: the theoretical origin of treating blood sufficiency and qi deficiency based on different parts, the experience of commonly prescribed drugs, and the case study.
