【Abstract】 From the perspective of spleen-intestinal microflora, this paper summarizes the similarity and correlation of intestinal microflora in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension, and combines the prescription of invigorating spleen to regulate intestinal microflora disorder and play a role in lowering blood pressure. Therefore, it is speculated that the potential effect mechanism of treating essential hypertension from spleen is related to targeted regulation of intestinal microflora, and the modern scientific significance of treating essential hypertension based on intestinal microflora disorder is discussed, which also provides new ideas for the research and development of related antihypertensive drugs.更多还原
