【摘要】 剥苔是指舌苔的部分或全部脱落，有多种表现形式。剥苔患者免疫功能较差，与遗传及体质因素有关，病机除气阴亏虚外，还包括气血亏虚、阳虚、痰浊或瘀血阻滞等。剥苔常见于恶性肿瘤患者，对判断肿瘤预后以及患者对抗肿瘤药物的耐受性具有指导作用。剥苔治疗常采用益气养阴、补益气血，兼以益气健脾、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、滋阴泻火等法。文章通过图文形式列举剥苔常见类型，对肿瘤剥苔舌象进行深入探析，为临床实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peeling fur refers to the partial or complete shedding of tongue coating, which often has a variety of manifestations. The immune function of patients with peeling fur is poor, which is related to genetic and physical factors. In addition to qi and yin deficiency, the pathogenesis includes qi and blood deficiency, yang deficiency, phlegm turbidity or blood stasis block. Peeling fur is common in patients with malignant tumors, which plays a guiding role in judging the prognosis of tumors and patients’ tolerance to anti-tumor drugs. The treatment of peeling fur often adopts the methods of replenish qi and nourishing yin, replenish qi and blood, as well as the methods of replenish qi and invigorating spleen, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, nourishing yin and purging fire. In this paper, through graphic form, the common types of peeling fur are listed, and the tongue image of tumor peeling coating is deeply analyzed to provide a reference for clinical practice.更多还原
