【摘要】 高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）持续、反复性感染是宫颈癌发生的重要危险因素，故及时消除病毒对于防治宫颈癌有重要意义。王小云教授从玄府理论辨治本病，认为本病的主要病机为玄府正气不足及玄府湿毒闭塞，两者共同作用导致病邪长存不退。故临证治疗以理气、利湿、解毒、香窜之法来消除病邪以开玄府，同时不忘扶正以固玄府，激发其自身驱动力来防治病邪，以绝病毒复发之机。文章总结了王教授治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染的辨治思路，并结合验案探讨其临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Continuous and repeated infection of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) is an important condition for the occurrence of cervical cancer, so timely elimination of the virus is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. According to the theory of Xuanfu, professor WANG Xiaoyun identifies and treats the root disease and believes that the main pathogenesis of HR-HPV is the lack of proper qi in Xuanfu and the occlusion of dampness and poison in Xuanfu,which together lead to the persistence of HR-HPV. Therefore, the treatment of clinical syndrome is to regulate qi, detoxification,incense channeling, acupuncture and other methods to eliminate pathogenic agents to open the Xuanfu, and does not forget to Fuzheng to solid Xuanfu, stimulating its own driving force to prevent pathogenic agents, to eliminate the chance of virus recurrence. The article summarizes professor WANG’s treatment of HR-HPV infection and discusses its clinical application in combination with trial cases.更多还原
