【摘要】 “心主神明”观点在内涵上与“神为形之主”相抵牾，使中医理论不能自洽。分析“心主神明”的依据，发现该观点源于对《黄帝内经》经文的不正确理解。(1)混淆了“心藏神”与“心主神明”的区别。(2)未考虑《黄帝内经》时代“君主”的含义和“官”字应用的避讳规则，将前者解释为“帝王”，后者解释为“官职”；将“神明”理解为“神”。继而错解经文。(3)过度解读“心者，五脏六腑之大主”，使之具有心主宰“神”的内涵。与“神”密切相关的中医原理和临床事实也不支持该观点。说明“心主神明”的观点并不成立。更多还原

【Abstract】 ‘Heart governing Shenming’, conflicted with ‘Shen is the lord of body’, affected the treatment in psychological disorders. By analyzing the theoretical basis that support ‘heart governing Shenming’, it was found that the basis was derived from misunderstanding of the words in Huangdi Neijing:(1)Confusing the differences between ‘heart governing Shenming’ and ‘heart stores Shen’.(2)Without considering the meaning of ‘Junzhu’ in Huangdi Neijing era, application restriction of ‘Guan’, it explained ‘Junzhu’ as ‘emperor’, and the ‘Guan’ as an ‘offlcial title’. Then the words was misunderstood.(3)Overinterpreted of ‘heart being the master of the five zang and six fu organs’ for having the meaning of ‘heart governing Shenming’.
