【摘要】 目的：探索垂体功能减退症中医证候特点及证型分布，为中医药辨证论治提供理论依据。方法：采用流行病学调查和多元统计学相结合的方法，采集204例垂体功能减退症患者的症状、舌脉象，运用因子分析对高频症状、舌脉象进行公因子提取，归纳中医病性、病位；运用聚类分析归纳中医证型。结果：频率排名前10的症状分别为倦怠乏力、神疲、咽干、健忘、皮肤干燥/脱屑、夜尿多、腰膝酸软、渴欲饮热、嗜睡、性欲减退。因子分析结合聚类分析获得了4类中医证型：气血两虚证、阴虚血瘀证、气滞痰凝证、阴阳两亏证。结论：垂体功能减退症中医证候特点以虚为本，虚实夹杂，可分为气血两虚证、阴虚血瘀证、气滞痰凝证、阴阳两亏证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes of hypopituitarism and provide theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods: Using a method that combines epidemiological investigation and multivariate statistics, the symptoms and tongue and pulse conditions of 204 patients with hypopituitarism were collected. Factor analysis was used to extract common factors for high-frequency symptoms and tongue and pulse conditions, and TCM characteristics and locations of the disease were summarized. Cluster analysis was used to summarize TCM syndrome types. Results: The top 10 symptoms were languidness, fatigue, dry pharynx, forgetfulness, dry skin/desquamation, excessive nocturnal urination, sore waist and knees, thirst for hot drinks, lethargy and decreased libido. Four categories of TCM syndromes: qi-blood deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome were obtained through factor analysis combined with cluster analysis.Conclusion: The characteristics of TCM syndromes of hypopituitarism are deficiency-based, deficiency and excess mixed, which can be divided into four TCM syndrome types: qi-blood deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome and yin-yang deficiency syndrome.更多还原
