【摘要】 血瘀体质的判定标准虽已制定，但其主观性强，对判定结果缺乏一致性，因此进一步客观量化指标有助于统一判定结果，为调体干预提供依据和评价指标。文章结合大数据、人工智能和机器学习等技术，利用现代医学检测仪器、软件，分别通过对面色、红血丝、疼痛、记忆力、眼睛周围颜色、口唇颜色、舌质、舌下络脉、甲襞微循环等一系列与血瘀质临床和病理基础相关指标进行深入分析。探讨血瘀质客观量化的必要性、可行性及应用方法，以期为建立血瘀体质的量化标准及辨体用药提供依据，同时为其他中医体质的量化分析提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The criterion of the blood-stasis constitution has been promulgated. However, it was highly subjective and has lacked of uniformity in the judgment results. Therefore, the further objective quantitative indicators will help to unify it, in order to provide research basis and evaluation indicators for adjusting balance of blood-stasis constitution. This paper combines big data,artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies, apply with modern medical detection instruments and software, in order to deeply analyze with a series of clinical and pathological indicators about blood stasis, including facial color, red blood streaks,pain, memory, eyelid color, lip color, tongue texture, sublingual collaterals, and nail fold microcirculation. Discuss the necessity and feasibility of objective quantification the blood-stasis constitution, and how to quantify objectively. In order to provide a basis on establishing quantitative standards for Blood-stasis constitution and individuation medication for different constitutions,concurrently to provide research ideas for other traditional Chinese medicine constitutions.更多还原
