【摘要】 文章从运气理论推演、预测疫病发病和流行趋势，现代发病数据与运气、气象、“三年化疫”相关性，古代疫病发病运气特征，发病空间规律等方面对目前学界五运六气与疫病发病的现代研究进行述评，总结其成果，分析其问题，并提出未来的研究方向。发现相关研究数量颇丰，对防疫预测具有切实的参考价值，但也存在研究区域多局限于东部发达地区，时间跨度较短，方法上同质性的数据验证较多、创新性一般，研究结果存在不统一等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern research on the incidence of epidemic diseases and five movements and six qi was reviewed, from the aspects of ducuction and prediciton on epidemic disease incidence and epidemic trend based on the theory of five movements and six qi, correlation between modern incidence data and five movements and six qi, and meteorology, and ‘epidemic disease tranformation in three years’, five movements and six qi pattern of epidemic disease prevalence in ancient times, and spatial regularity of epidemic disease prevalence. The achievements were summarized, the problems were analyzed, and future research directions were proposed. It was found that the number of relevant studies is large, which has practical reference value for epidemic prevention prediction. But there are also some problems, such as the research area is mostly limited to the eastern developed areas, the time span is short, the methods used are more homogeneous and less innovative, and the research results have inconsistency.更多还原
