【Abstract】 Spermatorrhea is a common disease in andrology. Its pathogenesis is complicated and its course is long,which often causes patients to be nervous and anxious. Professor WANG Shimin, a TCM master, has more than 60 years of clinical experience in TCM, and has unique opinions on the treatment of andrological diseases. He believes that spermatorrhea,occurring from ‘not due to excess of Jing but from the overflow caused by desire’ and the spiritual and emotional factors have an important impact on the occurrence and development of spermatorrhea, should be treated from the heart. The main cause of spermatorrhea is the erratic movement of heart spirit and heart qi, and the treatment focuses on ‘clearing the heart qi, calming the heart spirit, and dispersing the thoughts of desire’. By taking into account the organs of liver, spleen, and kidney for differential diagnosis and prescription, combined with psychological counseling and health regulation, the clinical effect of treating spermatorrhea is remarkable.更多还原
