【摘要】 地域之间文化、社会经济、自然环境差别，产生了不同地域医学特征，形成医家独特的诊疗认知及用药特色。目前研究存在问题包括：多侧重于地域流派医家思想，缺少对地域医学体系的研究；多侧重于单方面用药规律挖掘，缺少对地域医家诊疗系统认知的研究；多侧重于地域医家群体内的共性，缺少对医家关联互动的研究；多侧重于历史人文，缺少支持地域诊疗决策的深度研究。文章提出中医古籍中地域诊疗特色研究路径：构建地域医学体系是挖掘地域诊疗特色的前提，梳理古籍医家诊疗系统认知是发掘地域诊疗特色的根本，研究地域诊疗特色传承演变的关键是医家之间关联互动，提取古籍中地域诊疗特色，实现地理决策的重要手段是多学科交叉融合。更多还原
