【摘要】 文章总结了尤昭玲教授临床治疗滑胎的经验。尤教授在论治滑胎时，结合中西医理论与临证经验，认为其病机关键在于虚、瘀、郁；依据经阴道三维超声技术辅助检查，把握疾病的症结所在，辨别不同的病理状态，因病制宜，治疗原发痼疾；孕前预培其损，治病萌芽；着床期至孕早期健脾为主，固摄托养胎元；孕后期固肾为先，维系稳固胎元；治以药、膳、养结合，因时制宜，分期辨证，从而降低流产概率，提高临床妊娠率。在长期的临床实践中获得了良好疗效，为西医复发性流产的治疗提供了新思路与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced professor YOU Zhaoling’s experience in treating habitual abortion. When discussing the treatment of habitual abortion, professor YOU combines the theory of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and clinical experience, and believes that the key to its disease lies in deficiency, stasis and stagnation. According to the three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound, the auxiliary examination can grasp the crux of the disease, identify different pathological states, and treat the primary chronic disease according to the disease situation. Before pregnancy, early intervention should be made to carry out treatment at the budding period of the disease. From the implantation period to the first trimester, the spleen is mainly strengthened, and the fetus is stabilized. In the third trimester, the kidneys should be fixed first to maintain a stable fetus. The treatment uses a combination of traditional Chinese medicine, medicated diet and nourishment, according to the time and conditions, and differentiation by stages, so as to reduce the probability of miscarriage and improve the clinical pregnancy rate.This has obtained good efficacy in long-term clinical practice, and provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in Western medicine.更多还原
