【摘要】 中医临床中，病名、证型与主症的确立对于理法方药的裁定具有各自不同的指导意义，三者合而相参则能够相互补充，从时空序列中较为精确地定位当前的疾病状态与预后转归发展，从而指导处方用药；三者相离则各彰所长，只要把握其不同的临床适用范围即可高效准确地掌握病情之机要，从而确立治法选定方药。文章结合临床实际情况，分类论述临证中定病名、辨病证与抓主症的内涵与外延及其间的相互联系，阐明了三者在不同的离合作用下的应用方法及意义，并例举验案验方为佐，力图说明其各自的适用范围及临床诊疗应用的方法与思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, the establishment of epilepsy name, syndrome type and main symptoms has different guiding significance for the determination of principles and prescriptions. The combination of the three can complement each other, and locate the current disease state and prognosis more accurately from the temporal and spatial sequence. If the three are separated, each has its own advantages. As long as the different clinical application scopes are learned, the key points of the disease can be grasped efficiently and accurately. This article combines clinical practice, classifies the connotation and extension of specifying epilepsy name, syndrome differentiation, grasping main symptoms, discusses the interrelation between them, expounded the application methods and significance of the three under different situation, and gives examples which the proven prescriptions are used to explain their respective scope of application and the methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
