【摘要】 目的：采用前瞻性、随机交叉对照、双盲设计探究丁香止痛膏治疗癌痛的疗效。方法：选择癌痛患者58例进行随机分组，不同组别按顺序使用试验组方案（三阶梯止痛药+丁香止痛膏）和对照组方案（三阶梯止痛药+安慰剂）进行干预，对比治疗前后数字评分量表（NRS）评分、生活质量（QOL）评分、血清学指标和满意度评分。结果：两组中度疼痛患者NRS评分比较，试验组方案干预后的NRS评分低于对照组方案（P<0.05）；两组中度疼痛患者QOL评分比较，试验组方案干预后的QOL评分高于对照组方案（P<0.05）；两组患者血清学指标比较差异均无统计学意义；两组满意度评分比较，患者对试验组方案治疗更满意（P<0.05）。结论：温阳理论指导下的丁香止痛膏外敷能改善中度癌痛患者NRS评分和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: A prospective, randomized, cross controlled, and double-blind design was used to explore the efficacy of Dingxiang Zhitong Paste in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods: 58 cancer pain patients were selected for random grouping. Different groups were intervened with the trial(triple step painkiller+clove painkiller) and control group(triple step painkiller+placebo) in order. Numerical rating scale(NRS) scores, quality of life(QOL) scores, serological indicators and satisfaction scores were compared before and after treatment. Results: The comparison of NRS scores between two groups of patients with moderate pain showed that the NRS score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Comparison of QOL scores between two groups of patients with moderate pain showed that the QOL score of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in serum indicators between the two groups of patients. Compared with the satisfaction scores of the two groups, patients were more satisfied with the treatment plan of the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Under the guidance of the theory of warming yang, the external application of clove analgesic ointment can improve the NRS score and quality of life in patients with moderate cancer pain.更多还原
