【摘要】 文章总结国医大师禤国维教授从营卫气血论治白癜风的诊疗思路与用药经验。白癜风是一种常见的获得性色素脱失性皮肤病，禤国维教授认为其病机为“风”邪致五行失衡，营卫气血不得濡养肌肤腠理而发为此病。禤教授遵循“平调阴阳”的学术思想，提出治疗白癜风应以祛风除湿、补益肝肾、行气活血为法，使得五行归衡，营卫协和，气血通畅，阴阳以平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized TCM master XUAN Guowei’s experience in diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo from the theory of ying, wei, qi and blood. Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation skin disease. Professor XUAN believes that the pathogenesis is the imbalance of the five elements caused by the evil of ‘wind’, and ying, wei, qi and blood can’t nourish the skin and develop it. Following the academic thought of ‘regulating yin and yang equally’, professor XUAN advances that the treatment of vitiligo should be based on removing wind and dampness, nourishing liver and kidney, and activating qi and blood, so as to balance the five elements, coordinate ying and wei smooth qi and blood, and balance yin and yang.更多还原
