【摘要】 目前我国初步建立了高校职务科技成果管理制度，但管理服务体系建设尚未获得足够的关注。美国高校在科技成果转化方面处于全球一流水平。宽松的政策环境、强劲的科研实力，更有专业化管理组织与服务体系，推动着美国高校科技成果转化在全球一骑绝尘。通过对美国高校技术经理人协会统计数据及技术转化案例的综合分析，总结了美国高校科技成果管理体系社会化、专业化、组织化的发展态势，并基于美国高校技术转化实践经验对中国高校职务科技成果管理体系建设提出建议：（1）重视社会化科技成果管理需求，建立社会化科技成果管理体系；（2）制定职业认定标准，培养专业化科技成果管理人才队伍；（3）构建有效的激励机制，鼓励科技成果转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,China has initially established job-realated scientific and technological achievements management system in colleges and universities,but the management service system hasn’t gained enough attention.The American universities are at the top level of the world in commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.Flexible policy environment,strong scientific and technological power,and professional management organization and service system,have propelled commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in American university to take a significant lead in the world.The paper makes comprehensive analysis on the statistics data of American Association of University Technology Managers and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements cases,summarizing the developing trend of socialization,professionalism and systematization of scientific and technological achievement management system in American colleges and universities.Based on practical experience of commercialization in American colleges and universities,this paper provides recommendations for the construction of job-related scientific and technological achievements management system in Chinese colleges and universities.Firstly,we should emphasize the needs for socialized scientific and technological achievements management to establish socialized scientific and technological achievements management system;secondly,we should regulate occupation certified standards to cultivate professional scientific and technological achievements management talent team;thirdly,we should construct effective incentive mechanism to encourage the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.更多还原
