【Abstract】 The development of the horticultural industry is closely related to the quality of talent cultivation in horticultural technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. Against the backdrop of the gradual implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of China’s horticultural industry, this article investigates the current situation of talent demand in horticultural enterprises, analyzes the development trend of the horticultural industry and the talent demand characteristics of horticultural technology professionals in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,suggestions have been put forward for the cultivation of horticultural technology professionals in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
