硫脲添加剂对聚氨酯树脂钝化膜耐蚀性能的影响研究

【摘要】 在传统聚氨酯有机硅烷钝化液中引入硫脲添加剂,作用于锌铝镁板,探究硫脲添加剂对锌铝镁板表面聚氨酯钝化膜耐蚀性的影响规律。通过附着力测试分析膜层与板材表面的粘合程度,采用耐酸碱测试、电化学测试、中性盐雾测试探究钝化膜的耐蚀性能,并利用扫描电镜观测腐蚀前后锌铝镁基板的微观表面形貌。试验结果表明,硫脲添加剂的引入,使得聚氨酯钝化膜的耐蚀性相较于传统聚氨酯钝化膜有了较大提升。

【Abstract】 The effect of thiourea additive on the corrosion resistance of polyurethane passive film on zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate was investigated by introducing thiourea additive into traditional polyurethane organosilane passivation solution.The adhesion between the film layer and the surface of the plate was analyzed by adhesion test,the corrosion resistance of the passive film was investigated by acid and alkali resistance test,electrochemical test and neutral salt spray test,and the microscopic surface morphology of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium substrate before and after corrosion was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The test results show that the corrosion resistance of polyurethane passive film is improved greatly by the introduction of thiourea additive compared with traditional polyurethane passive film.
