玻璃生产线氢能应用研究

【摘要】 玻璃行业是典型的高耗能、高排放行业,主要的污染物排放有NOX、 SO2、CO2、颗粒物等,在碳排放比例中,化石燃料占二氧化碳总排放量的60%以上。作为21世纪极具发展前景的新能源,氢能具有天然可再生、零碳排等特点,对减少温室气体排放,促进实现碳达峰、碳中和目标具有重要意义。通过以某玻璃生产线氢能应用为例,从掺氢设备的设计、掺氢前后燃烧火焰的变化、窑炉内温度的变化、烟气排放的变化等方面阐述了氢能应用对减排的重要作用。

【Abstract】 The glass industry is a typical high energy consumption, high emission industry, the main pollutant emissions are NOX, SO2, CO2, particulate matter, etc. In the carbon emission ratio, fossil fuels account for more than 60% of the total carbon dioxide emissions. As a promising new energy in the 21st century, hydrogen energy has the characteristics of natural renewable and zero carbon emission,which is of great significance to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote the realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Taking hydrogen energy application in a glass production line as an example, the important role of hydrogen energy application in emission reduction was expounded from the design of hydrogen mixing equipment, the change of combustion flame before and after hydrogen mixing, the change of temperature in kiln and the change of flue gas emission.
