薄玻璃物理钢化及其进展

【摘要】 玻璃的理论强度高达7000 MPa,但玻璃产品的实际强度仅为35~70 MPa,通过物理钢化的方法能够显著提高玻璃的强度指标,通过分析钢化玻璃的发展历程,提出现有玻璃钢化技术的局限性,有针对性的对微粒玻璃钢化技术、离子注入玻璃钢化技术、液体介质玻璃钢化技术、使用飞秒超短脉冲激光的玻璃强化技术进行分析,提出薄玻璃物理钢化作为安全玻璃适用范围和应用领域。

【Abstract】 The theoretical strength of glass is up to as high as 7000 MPa, but the actual strength of glass products is only 35 to 70 MPa. The strength index of glass can be significantly improved by physical tempering method. By analyzing the development process of tempered glass, the limitations of existing tempering glass technology are pointed out. Based on the analysis of tempering technology of the microparticle glass, ion implantation glass, liquid medium glass, and the strengthening technology of the femtosecond ultra-short pulse laser glass, the application range and application field of the physical tempering to the thin glass as a safety glass is proposed.
