【摘要】 当前中国处于百年未有之大变局的背景下,如何迅速在原子化分散个体中凝聚共识乃至动员行动以化解风险,是我国目前面临的一个现实问题。拉图尔的行动者网络理论关注“人的行动者”和“物的行动者”,其中的转译概念对研究媒介动员微观机理有重要价值。数字时代,话语、技术、情感成为媒介动员的三个核心行动者:媒介话语生产通过凸显和遮蔽控制意义,技术作为弱组织者进行行为规训,情感作为道德语法驱动情感空间生成,这种转译机制有效赋能媒介塑造社会价值观,号召公众参与集体行动。自主体验式的沉浸传播环境下,“物的行动者”和网络联结被纳入媒介动员范畴,加强了人与物、物与物、物与事的关联,更促成数字时代的社会连接性行动。

【Abstract】 The world today is marked by changes unseen in a century. Rapidly consolidating consensus and mobilizing actions among atomized and dispersed individuals to mitigate these risks constitute a pressing issue for our nation. Actor-Network Theory proposed by Latour focuses on "actants" and the concept of "translation" holds significant value in studying the technical operations of media mobilization. In the digital era, discourse, technology, and emotions emerge as three core actants of media mobilization: media discourse production highlights and conceals controlled meanings; technology acts as a weak organizer in behavioral concretization; and emotions serve as moral grammars driving the generation of emotional spaces. This translational mechanism effectively empowers the media to shape societal values and mobilize public participation in collective actions. In immersive communicative environments of autonomous experiences, incorporating "actants" and "network connections" into the realm of media mobilization strengthens the associations among humans and objects, objects and objects, and objects and events, thereby fostering social connectivity actions in the digital age.
