【摘要】 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等，对新时代民族传统体育文化保护和体育强国的内涵、联系及衔接基础等问题进行梳理分析。研究发现，民族传统体育文化保护提出的时间和背景、具体特征和范畴、目标和任务等方面与体育强国均存在一定区别，而在涵盖范畴、整体价值体现、实践过程等方面又相互联系。民族传统体育文化保护和体育强国有机衔接既有理论逻辑上的必然性，又有政策和实践条件上的基础。基于此，提出实现民族传统体育文化保护和体育强国有机衔接应该巩固民族传统体育文化保护成果、借鉴民族传统体育文化保护经验、补齐民族传统体育文化保护短板的基础上，构建相应体系框架、健全相关制度机制、提升直接实践成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using methods such as literature review and logical analysis, this paper summarizes and analyzes the connotations, connections,and connection foundations of protecting traditional ethnic sports culture and building a strong sports nation in the new era.Research has found that there are certain differences in the time and background,specific characteristics and categories, goals and tasks proposed for the protection of traditional ethnic sports culture compared to sports powerhouses,while they are interrelated in terms of coverage scope,overall value embodiment,and practical process.The organic connection between the protection of traditional ethnic sports culture and the development of a strong sports country has both theoretical and logical inevitability,as well as policy and practical foundations.Based on this,it is proposed that the organic connection between the protection of ethnic traditional sports culture and the development of a sports powerhouse should be achieved by consolidating the achievements of ethnic traditional sports culture protection,drawing on the experience of ethnic traditional sports culture protection, filling the gaps in ethnic traditional sports culture protection,constructing corresponding system frameworks,improving relevant institutional mechanisms, and enhancing direct practical effectiveness.更多还原
